Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also click our Live Support online, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.

General Returns

1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fee. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a refund.

3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning for replacement and refund

1. Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems, After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose,

within 7 days of customers receiving it, BatteryReady.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a refund.

After 7 days of customers receiving it, We will be responsible for exchanging your item but returning a refund.

2. Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for none quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will deduct the shipping fee and handling fee (10% the full price) when we get the item back

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

3. Canceling Orders (Before delivery)

If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.

Shipping fee & Handling charge

1.If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.

2.The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.

3.It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.
